(sigh) It has been three weeks and I have lost 1.2 pounds. At this rate is will take me almost a year to lose 12 pounds! Here are my positives: I am still working out every other day and I have cut back on snacking and pop. The negatives: I am not getting near enough water and I really need to up the fruits and veggies and possibly work out more than every other day.
Still 1 pound is some progress.
