I am so thankful for family, friends, and good food. I hope that all of you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving! Here are some snapshots of our morning so far.

The Living Room Finale!!!

Finally! I have to buy some decor and I already have an idea for that large blank wall, but I will take a break for the holidays because I have decided to make all of our stockings!!!

A new skirt!

Here is the "Maddie" skirt view D sans the pockets. My favorite thing about this skirt is the yoga waistband. I made this patchwork skirt in under 45 minutes from start to finish!

Here is the Patty Young "Maya" pattern. Very easy pattern and comfy! Madeline likes it! Daddy does not like the ruffles on the front.

I am plugging away at my list and completed Maisy and Stacy's underwear. They are so happy! Also, Luke seems to like blonds.

The Dress

was a pain in the butt and I do not like it. I thought I wanted something "old school" and guess what, I do not. Also, here is a picture of our very unfinished living room, which is supposed to be painted tomorrow...

My orders are finished and I have a HUGE sewing to do list!

1. Madeline's Thanksgiving dress
2. "Reddie Guys" times six
3. Hem my new tablecloth for Thanksgiving Michael and Amanda if you are reading this you are invited over for dessert :)
4. I have two Patty Young patterns that I have been dying to try out
5. Underwear for Madeline's dolls (They are sharing one pair)

I think that might be it for now. I will post pictures of my completed projects as I finish. I have already cut out the Thanksgiving dress and I am using this fabric that I used a couple of years.

The picture is awful! I am so glad that I know when not to take a picture now!

Back to Reality

Well, we are home and I have folded loads and loads of laundry and performed numerous non-magical tasks so it is back to reality for me. I have two orders that I have to get out in the next two weeks and lots of things that I want to make for Madeline. I did purchase a new Patty Young pattern to get me motivated and it is called Maddie. How smart is that? I am slowly editing and uploading Disney pictures to my Facebook account.
