Need:

Paint kitchen table and chairs

Paint console table

Paint exterior trim

Paint downstairs baseboards

Caulk kitchen back splash

Want:

Paint upstairs trim and doors

Stain patio slab.

Paint upstairs bathroom cabinets, frame mirrors, and add tile flooring

Paint the second story entry and upstairs hallway

Dream:

Solid surface countertops and white subway tile backsplash

Replace the entire upstairs flooring

Remove carpet and add wood treads to staircase
