I think I may be. Other than church and pre-school we rarely leave the house. It is cold, bleak, and just depressing!!! Ways to cure Seasonal Affective Disorder include light therapy, anti-depressant medication, hormone injections...
(sigh) It has been three weeks and I have lost 1.2 pounds. At this rate is will take me almost a year to lose 12 pounds! Here are my positives: I am still working out every other day and I have cut back on snacking and pop. The negatives: I am not getting near enough water and I really need to up the fruits and veggies and possibly work out more than every other day.
My thoughts and prayers go out to my cousin Megan and her family.

Jaylen Patrick Goodin Neal 5 months, Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2010. Jaylen is survived by his parents, Megan Goodin and Jason Neal; grandparents, Melissa Goodin, Krista Goodin, Jeff Goodin, Jim Poole, and Trisha Neal; great grandparents, Sue Kennedy, Roger Kennedy, Pam Goodin, Mike Goodin, Charlene Smith and Harlan Smith; uncles, Bradley St. Clair, Austin St. Clair, Cameron Hartman; aunt, Samantha Goodin; several cousins, and great aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Daniel F. O'Riley Funeral Home. Friends are invited to gather at the funeral home to greet family members prior to the funeral service on Saturday beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Well, it has been one week since I started my weight loss journey. I weighed this morning and I did not lose or gain, BUT I have noticed that my abs are firming up. I did my Biggest Loser workout four times this week, but I did not cut back on the junk. I increased my water some, but not enough. I have done better about the pop. I am trying to limit myself to one can per day. Some days that is a CHALLENGE! I feel good! I could not do a man push a week ago and now I can do 5 without passing out! Progress!!!
Goals for this next week:
Continue to work out every other day on level one (30 min)
