Today is the day

that I begin a *diet*. I am at the heaviest that I have ever been besides being pregnant and I do not like it. I can not fit anything and frankly I feel fat and that depresses me. So I joined an online tracking site and I am going to lose this weight. My goal is by our disney trip- 17 pounds in 77 days- I do not even know if that is possible, but I am going to try my hardest. First on my agenda- working out. I plan on doing the treadmill on T/TH and my Biggest Loser workout M/W/F. I will take the weekend off. I am cutting out snacking, more than 12 oz of soda, and finishing the kids meals. I can do this!!!
